Late returns

Standard return hours are 06:00–23:00 daily. A late-night or early-morning return is possible only when ETERNAL confirms the time and handover arrangement in writing in advance.

You never leave the car unattended

There is no key drop box and no unattended parking area. You hand the keys to our agent in person and we inspect the car with you, which creates a clear handover record and avoids an unrecorded period after you leave.

Confirm the arrangement first

Do not assume an after-hours return is available or leave the vehicle unattended. ETERNAL will confirm availability, the meeting point and any applicable charge before the return.

Do not keep the car beyond the agreed return time without ETERNAL’s written approval. If an extension is approved, its price and new return time are confirmed in writing; an unapproved late return is handled under the signed rental agreement and may involve more than the price of an extra day.

How the extra time is counted

• Rental days are calculated in 24-hour blocks from the agreed pick-up time unless your signed agreement states otherwise
• The approved extension confirmation states the additional period and its applicable price
• Without written approval, the late-return provisions in the signed agreement apply

Tell us anyway, as early as you can

Contact us before the agreed return time. The car may already be committed to another customer, so an extension is valid only after ETERNAL confirms availability, the applicable price and the new return time in writing.

The right way to keep the car longer

1. Call or message ETERNAL before the agreed return time
2. Give us your reservation number and requested new return date and time
3. Wait for written confirmation of availability and the updated price
4. If written approval does not arrive, return the car as originally agreed
