Login and registration
Creating an account, signing in with a one-time code, and what to do when it will not let you in.
It takes about a minute on the ETERNAL website. Standard email registration does not ask you to choose a password: you can register with your email address or use your Google account.
With your email address
- Open the sign-in page from the header of the ETERNAL website
- Enter your first and last name, email address and phone number
- We email you a 6-digit code
- Enter the code and your account is active straight away
With Google
Choose "Continue with Google" and pick your account. There is no code to enter and nothing to fill in — you are signed in immediately.
What an account gives you
- Eternal+ membership from the moment you create it, at the Gold tier
- Your past rentals credited automatically, if they used the same email address
- All your bookings in one place — no reservation number or code needed to open one
- Faster booking, because your details are already saved

Standard ETERNAL sign-in uses a fresh 6-digit code we email you each time instead of asking for a password. If the code does not arrive, check the spam folder and email address, then request a new code after the resend timer expires.
How signing in works
- Open the sign-in page from the header of the ETERNAL website
- Enter your email address
- Enter the 6-digit code we email you
The code has not arrived
- Check your spam, junk and promotions folders — that is where it usually is
- Make sure you are using the email address you registered with, not a newer one
- The code is only valid for a short time, so request a new one if a few minutes have passed
- If you registered with Google, use "Continue with Google" instead — no code is sent in that case
You no longer have access to that email address
Your account is tied to your email address, so if you cannot reach it any more, get in touch with your full name and, if you have one, a reservation number. We will verify who you are and help you recover the account.

For standard customer sign-in, you do not need to reset a password: each email sign-in uses a fresh 6-digit code that expires and can be used only once. If ETERNAL support sent you a password-recovery link, use that link within its stated validity period to set a new password. Keep access to your email secure and never share a sign-in code with anyone.
To sign in
- Open the sign-in page from the header of the ETERNAL website
- Enter your email address
- Enter the 6-digit code we email you
If you registered with Google, choose "Continue with Google" and your Google account signs you in — the password there is Google's, not ours.
