By agreeing to these terms at the time of vehicle pickup, customers acknowledge their understanding of and consent to these additional charges. It is recommended that customers review their rental agreement carefully and address any questions to Eternal Pro d.o.o. staff to ensure clear understanding of all policies.
1. Late Returns
- Vehicles returned 1 hour after the agreed time will be considered as returned the next day, and customers will be charged for a full additional day.
- This policy ensures that vehicles are available as scheduled for the next customer.
2. Fuel Policy
- Vehicles must be returned with a full tank of fuel.
- If a vehicle is returned without a full tank, the cost to refill the tank will be charged from the customer's deposit.
3. Cleaning Fees
- If a vehicle is returned excessively dirty either inside or outside, a cleaning fee will be charged from the customer's deposit.
- Additionally, if there is evidence of smoking in the vehicle, such as smell or ashes, a cleaning fee will also be deducted from the deposit.
4. Damage Fees
- Any damages not reported in a timely manner when they occur will be charged against the customer's deposit.
- Customers are encouraged to report any damages as soon as they occur to avoid these charges.
5. Equipment Rentals
- Eternal Pro d.o.o. offers additional equipment such as Car mobile internet (4G) for a fee.
- Child seats and snow chains are available free of charge.
6. Additional Driver Fees
- One additional driver is included free of charge.
- Every main and additional driver must be at least 22; selected premium or specialty vehicle groups may require a minimum age of 25.
7. Traffic Fines and Tolls
- All traffic fines or tolls incurred during the rental period are forwarded to the driver's address for payment.
- Eternal Pro d.o.o. will not cover these charges.
8. Early Return
- No charges are applied for vehicles returned earlier than scheduled.
- However, no refunds are provided for unused rental days.
9. Mileage
- Your quote, booking confirmation and rental agreement state the included mileage or selected unlimited-mileage option.
- Where a limit applies, the same documents state the price of each excess kilometre.
10. Special Location Pickup/Drop-off Fees
- Additional fees apply for vehicle pickups or drop-offs at specific locations:
- Sarajevo Airport
- Banja Luka Airport
11. Cross-Border Fees
- Travel to Croatia, Serbia or Montenegro requires Eternal Pro written approval and the cross-border option recorded in the agreement before departure.
- The contractual fee covers approval and administration, is shown before confirmation and does not include tolls. A Green Card/IMIC is not a border requirement for a valid BiH-registered and insured vehicle in those countries.
Payment of Additional Charges
Additional charges will be deducted from the security deposit where applicable. If the total amount exceeds the deposit, the customer will be required to pay the outstanding balance at the time of vehicle return or via invoice.
