By renting a car with Eternal Pro d.o.o. You accept this agreement, the renter acknowledges they have read and understood these terms, agree to comply with them, and are aware that failure to adhere to these terms may result in charges or legal action.
1. Vehicle Use and Condition
- The renter agrees to return the vehicle clean, with a full tank of fuel, and in the same condition as it was rented.
- Driving outside Bosnia and Herzegovina is permitted only in Croatia, Serbia and Montenegro with Eternal Pro d.o.o. written approval and the cross-border option recorded in the agreement. For a valid BiH-registered and insured vehicle, its registration plate is accepted as compulsory-insurance proof in those countries; a Green Card/IMIC is not a border requirement, but keep it in the vehicle if supplied because it helps identify insurance after an accident.
- The vehicle must be driven on public/main roads only. Off-road driving, racing, towing and similar are strictly prohibited.
2. Insurance Options
- Eternal Pro d.o.o. offers four protection options: No Extra Protection, Basic Protection, Eternal Protection and Full Protection. If no additional plan is selected, “No Extra Protection” applies.
- Third party insurance (statutory third-party liability insurance) is included with all four options. It applies to covered liability to third parties within the limits and terms of the applicable policy and mandatory law; it does not cover damage to the rental vehicle.
- No Extra Protection: no additional damage or theft cover, liability up to the full vehicle value, and a €500 security deposit.
- Basic Protection: Collision & Theft Protection, a deductible up to €503.58 per incident, and a €200 security deposit.
- Eternal Protection: Collision & Theft, glass/lights and tyres; no deductible only for covered damage and theft; €200 security deposit. Underbody, interior and “Other costs” are not covered.
- Full Protection: all listed rental-vehicle protection items including underbody and interior; no deductible only for covered damage and theft; €200 security deposit. “Other costs” are not covered.
- Details, general conditions, reporting duties and exclusions for every plan are shown during booking and in the Insurance & Liability and Coverage Exclusions documents.
3. Rental Period
- The minimum rental period is three days. The confirmed period and any limits are stated in the reservation and signed agreement.
- An active rental may be extended only with Eternal Pro d.o.o. prior written approval, vehicle availability and confirmation of the applicable price. Notice alone is not approval.
4. Payment and Deposits
- Options shown before booking confirmation may include online payment or payment at pick-up by cash or an accepted credit/debit card.
- A security deposit is required and varies with the selected protection plan. At pick-up it must be provided using only a physical credit or debit card in the main driver’s name; cash, prepaid cards and virtual cards are not accepted. The deposit is neither a deductible nor an overall liability cap. Its unused portion is released or refunded after return and assessment of all amounts due under the agreement.
5. Driver Requirements
- The minimum age for drivers is 22 years.
- One additional driver is permitted at no extra cost, provided they meet the same age requirements.
6. Mileage and Fuel
- The quote, booking confirmation and agreement state the included-kilometre allowance or selected unlimited-mileage option and, where applicable, the excess-kilometre price.
- The vehicle must be returned with a full tank. Failure to do so will result in charges deducted from the security deposit, also if car is returned not cleaned charges will be deducted from the security deposit.
7. Cancellations and No-Shows
- Cancellations are free at anytime.
8. Maintenance and Emergencies
- The renter is responsible for any mechanical maintenance due to negligence or misuse.
- In the event of an accident or breakdown, the renter must contact Eternal Pro d.o.o. immediately for guidance.
9. Vehicle Modifications and Restrictions
- Smoking inside the vehicle is prohibited.
- Modifications to the vehicle are not allowed, except for the addition of legally compliant child seats or similar equipment.
10. User Accounts
- A user account on our website is not required to rent a vehicle, but it makes it easier to manage your reservations and track your loyalty points.
- You can create an account with a one-time code sent to your email address or with your Google account. You are responsible for securing access to your email and for all activity that takes place under your account.
- You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering and to keep it up to date.
- You can delete your account through profile settings or request assistance at [email protected]. Deletion removes the profile and future loyalty-program access; completed or cancelled reservations and required business records may be retained as described by law and our Privacy Policy.
11. Jurisdiction
- This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
- Any disputes arising out of this agreement shall be resolved in the competent courts of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
