We meet you right outside the arrivals exit — there is nothing to arrange on the way. Collect your baggage, walk out of the terminal, and we will be waiting for you.

Pick up your car
We walk together to the car park at the airport. At the car we finish the paperwork, go through everything you need to know about the vehicle, and hand you the keys.
Answers to common questions about our car rental services
The minimum deposit is €200. The deposit must be placed with a credit or debit card; cash is not accepted for the deposit. You can pay for the rental in cash or by credit/debit card.
If you add the flight number, we track its status and hold the booking for up to 24 hours after a delay. Standard handover hours are 06:00–23:00; if the revised arrival falls outside them, contact us for written confirmation of availability and any applicable fee.
The quote clearly shows the included allowance or unlimited-mileage option, statutory third-party insurance, available free child seats, an additional driver and roadside assistance. Protection, location services and other selected items are shown before confirmation.
Yes, to Serbia, Croatia and Montenegro, but only with ETERNAL’s prior written approval and the cross-border option recorded. For a valid insured BiH vehicle, its registration plate is accepted as compulsory-insurance proof in those countries; a Green Card is not a border requirement, but carry it if supplied.
