Make a booking
How to book in a few steps, on-request bookings and finding your confirmation.
You can request an ETERNAL rental car in about two minutes: enter your dates and location, choose the vehicle, mileage terms, protection and extras, then submit your details. An acknowledgement arrives by email; check its status because an on-request booking is not confirmed until the availability review is complete.
Step 1 – Search
On the ETERNAL website, enter your pick-up and return location, dates and times, then click Show cars.
Step 2 – Choose vehicle and rate
All available cars will be shown, pick the car you like, select the mileage options, protection plan and any extras/add-ons you need like GPS, additional driver.
Step 3 – Confirm
Enter the driver and contact details and a flight number where applicable, then click "Request a reservation". The immediate email acknowledges the request and states whether it is confirmed or still awaiting availability review.
After booking
There is no amendment fee for pre-pick-up changes, but the booking is repriced at current rates; cancellation before pick-up is free. Manage both in My Bookings.
Next step
Make a new booking on the ETERNAL website.
Some ETERNAL bookings are created as on request while the local team checks availability. Confirmation usually arrives within a few hours, and within 24 hours at the latest.
How to recognise an on-request booking
Your confirmation email will state "Your request is being processed".
What happens next
The branch checks availability and either confirms your booking or offers an alternative — you'll receive a message either way.
Most ETERNAL confirmations arrive by email within a minute of booking. You can re-download your confirmation at any time under My Bookings on the ETERNAL website.
Confirmation hasn't arrived? Check these three things first
- Check your spam, junk and promotions folders
- Check that the email address on your booking is correct
- Open My Bookings and check the displayed status; visibility alone does not turn an on-request booking into a confirmed one
How to re-send your confirmation
- Sign in on the ETERNAL website
- Open My Bookings and select your booking
- Scroll to Support, tap Booking confirmation and download it

Book through the official ETERNAL website or the contact channels listed on it. ETERNAL does not currently accept customer reservations through third-party brokers or booking platforms; technology, payment and communications providers may still process data as described in the Privacy Policy.
