By adhering to these guidelines, renters ensure their safety, avoid potential additional charges, and help maintain the quality of our vehicles. Any violation of these guidelines may result in financial penalties and could affect the ability to rent from Eternal Pro d.o.o. in the future.
1. Vehicle Condition
- Vehicles are provided in a clean condition, both inside and outside, and must be returned in the same condition.
- Failure to do so will result in charges being deducted from the security deposit to cover cleaning costs.
2. Special Equipment
- The following additional equipment and services are available upon request: additional driver inclusion, baby safety seats, toddler and child safety seats, boosters, mobile hotspot, and cross-border travel permissions for Serbia, Croatia, and Montenegro. Every driver must be at least 22, and selected premium or specialty groups may require a minimum age of 25.
- Please ensure all special equipment is returned in good condition to avoid any extra charges.
3. Prohibited Uses
- Vehicles may not be modified or altered in any way during the rental period. This includes, but is not limited to, the attachment of dashcams or signage.
- The vehicles must only be driven on public and recognized roads. Driving on unpaved roads, racing tracks, or in prohibited areas is strictly forbidden.
4. Emergency Procedures
- In the event of an accident, the renter must immediately call the police (122) and inform Eternal Pro d.o.o. at +387 62 470 824.
- For vehicle failures or breakdowns, the renter should contact Eternal Pro d.o.o. directly at +387 62 470 824. We will provide guidance and road assistance contact information.
- Always keep the provided emergency numbers accessible throughout the rental period.
5. Reporting Issues
- Any mechanical issues or damages to the vehicle should be reported immediately to Eternal Pro d.o.o. via Viber at +387 62 470 824 or WhatsApp at +387 60 348 5127.
- Please include detailed messages and photos of the issue, if possible.
6. Fuel Policy
- Renters must use the correct type of fuel for the vehicle.
- In the event the wrong fuel is used, do not start the engine. Contact Eternal Pro d.o.o. immediately at +387 62 470 824 for assistance.
7. Smoking and Pets
- Smoking inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited.
- Charges will apply if there is evidence of smoking to cover the costs of cleaning and deodorizing the vehicle.
8. Authorized Drivers
- Only the primary renter and the officially registered additional driver are allowed to drive the vehicle.
- No other person may drive the vehicle under any circumstances.
Additional Guidelines
- Keep all provided equipment and vehicle documents safe and in the vehicle during the rental period.
- Follow all local traffic laws and regulations while operating the vehicle.
- Ensure that all personal belongings are removed from the vehicle before returning it to avoid any loss.
