Eternal Pro d.o.o. allows renters to travel with rental vehicles outside Bosnia and Herzegovina to specified countries under certain conditions. This policy outlines those conditions and the list of allowed countries to ensure a smooth and compliant rental experience.

Renters are permitted to take vehicles to the following countries:
Serbia
Croatia
Montenegro
Conditions for International Travel
- Approval: Renters must obtain Eternal Pro d.o.o. written approval and have the cross-border option recorded in the agreement before departure.
- Insurance proof: For a valid BiH-registered and insured vehicle, the registration plate is accepted as compulsory-insurance proof in Croatia, Serbia and Montenegro under the Multilateral Agreement. A Green Card/IMIC is not a border requirement for these destinations, but keep it in the vehicle if supplied because it makes insurance identification easier after an accident.
- Documentation: Renters must carry a valid driving licence, rental agreement, vehicle documents, written authorization and any additional insurance document supplied by Eternal Pro.
- Fees: The contractual cross-border fee is shown before confirmation and covers approval and administration; it does not include tolls or road charges.
Restrictions
- Vehicles may not be taken to countries not listed above without explicit permission and appropriate insurance from Eternal Pro d.o.o.
- Certain vehicle categories may be subject to further restrictions depending on their suitability for long-distance or cross-border travel.
Liability
- Renters are responsible for complying with the traffic and road laws of the countries they visit.
- Any fines, tolls, or legal penalties incurred due to non-compliance or traffic violations will be the responsibility of the renter.
Emergency and Assistance
- Renters should contact Eternal Pro d.o.o. immediately in the event of a vehicle breakdown or accident while abroad.
- 24/7 roadside assistance may be available, depending on the renter's insurance package.
Return Policy
- Vehicles must be returned to the original rental location in Bosnia and Herzegovina, unless otherwise arranged and documented in the rental agreement.
